Grace Slick, born as Grace Wing, generally known as the First Lady of Acid Rock. For the duration of her time in the music field, she’d already been the lead musician of remarkable bands and artists which includes the Great Society, Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship and Starship. In the popular press, one of her all-time classics was in the tune “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” with Starship. The track featured in the film “Mannequin” from the 80s. Even so, Slick’s everyday life had also been a rollercoaster ride during the 1960’s, with drugs and alcohol performing a huge role in her daily life.
She usually enclosed with dispute, from aiming to spike the President Nixon’s tea with LSD to run-ins with law enforcement officers. Grace cleaned up her act in the 1980s when she departed the group Starship. These days dedicated to her artwork she is happy with the work she’s completed.
